What are the commission rates for your publishers?

Commission rates for all National Solutions publishers vary and can be found on the "Publishers" page, which is viewable only after registering as a CMR. You can login to your account or register here.

Who do I contact regarding incentives?

Our company policy is to process and resolve a claim within 48 hours. Please note, however, that not all claims are created equal and some may take longer to process than others. We will make every attempt to inform all parties involved of the progression of the claim process as it is completed.

Who do I contact for questions on invoices and payments?

Who do I contact for late order approval?

Late orders need to be approved by the designated sales coordinator. A late order approval number will be provided before submitting changes via ELITE. All orders received without a late order approval number will be queried and dropped. Orders for non-ELITE publishers must also be approved by a sales coordinator if after the close date. Non-ELITE orders must be sent to National Solutions manually (email, fax, or mail) and acknowledged by our production department.

 

Where do I send artwork? What are the acceptable formats for artwork?

Artwork is acceptable in the following formats:

- Disk (.eps, .jpg, .pdf, .tif formats)
- Email (.eps, .jpg, .pdf, .tif formats)
- Hardcopy (for listings and space listings with no artwork)

Artwork must be accompanied by an artwork transmittal for verification purposes. The transmittal can be emailed, mailed, or faxed to our office. Artwork can be emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

How do I get on the standing list to receive each directory as it prints?

Where do I request copies of directories?

Directories can be requested on our website under the "CMR Resources" tab, under the "Request Tear Pages" link (must be logged in). Please be sure to select the "Directory Request" checkbox on this page. Directories can also be requested via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please be sure to include the following information when requesting a directory via email:

 

- CMR number and representative name
- Client name and client number
- Publisher and directory (name and number)
- CMR mailing address where the directory is to be sent

Where do I request tear pages?

Tear pages can be requested on our website under the "CMR Resources" tab. You must be logged in to request tear pages. Tear pages can also be requested by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Please be sure to include the following information when requesting tear pages via email:

 

- CMR number and representative name
- Client name and client number
- Publisher and directory (name and number)
- All relevant headings
- If white pages are required, please be sure to include a specific client name
- CMR phone number, fax, and email address
- Please specify how you prefer to receive tear pages. Color tear pages can be sent via email.
